We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@american420smokeshop.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to one of our return centers. We will give you the return address after you email us a return inquiry.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to return and where to send your package. Your Order Number will serve as your RMA number, please make sure to indicate it on the package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item. We always want to make sure that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NOTE: For damaged or defective vaporizers, vaporizer parts, or branded accessories, some companies/manufacturers require us to refer our customers to them directly for technical support or replacement requests.

10% Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee is applied for a successfully returned item which would be deducted from the refund. The restocking fee is exclusively applicable to items that are received in a state of sound functionality and good condition. Any items returned as a result of technical issues or confirmed defects by the vendor, wholesaler, or manufacturer will be exempt from the restocking fee.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
