Free Shipping on orders over $30 or more

We value our customers as much as they value their money's worth! Every purchase from us that is $30 or more is already eligible for FREE SHIPPING!

Expedite Shipping

We know how important it is to receive your order in a timely manner, especially if they are in need of the item for a special event or for gifting. We offer quicker shipping options that our customers can choose from:

• USPS Priority
• USPS Priority Express (Cut off time at 10AM PST)
• UPS Ground (UPS does not deliver on Sat.)
• UPS 3 Day (UPS does not deliver on Sat.)
• UPS 2 Day (UPS does not deliver on Sat.)
• UPS Next Day Air Saver (UPS does not deliver on Sat.)

NOTE: Please be aware that our local post office is closed on weekends and major holidays, we DO NOT SHIP ORDER on these events. On Saturdays, UPS does not pick up packages. During these hours, orders will be processed the following business day. Also, please note that UPS does not deliver packages on Saturdays. 

If you would want to switch from paid shipping on a weekend order to free delivery instead, please get in touch with us before the next business day. Although we will try to comply with your request, once your order has been processed, we cannot promise that we will still be able to make the required adjustments.

DISCLAIMER: Your courier of choice is solely responsible for any delays; we have no control over this. As a result, there is no refund available for delayed deliveries for expedited orders. The carriers' estimated delivery dates are just estimates. They do not guarantee on-time delivery. For better help in these areas, we advise getting in touch with them.

Discreet Packaging

At American 420 SmokeShop, it is one of our top priorities to respect our customers' privacy, so we make sure that every order is shipped discretely.

Products are bubble-wrapped before being shipped to you in an unmarked box or envelope with a mailing label that reads FRAGILE sticker on the package.

Signature Confirmation

For our high-value orders, we might include signature confirmation upon receiving the package. This is to ensure complete and successful delivery without stressing or worrying about your package being stolen or missing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for products that are stolen or lost after the tracking information indicates " DELIVERED ". If a package is stolen or lost, we are not responsible to retrieve or replace the product and cover the loss. You must file a loss claim with the shipping company, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS..

Cut Off Time

For most orders, the cut-off time is 2PM PST, Mondays thru Fridays. Some items have a 10AM–12PM PST window, weekdays only. Processing may be delayed in cases of high-volume orders.

Damage During Shipping and Missing Item(s) or Part(s)

If by chance, your product is delivered broken or missing, please let us know immediately within 72 hours after the time of delivery at cs@american420smokeshop.com. Also attached following information to the email:

• Photo of A Whole Damaged Product
• Close-up Shot of the Damaged Part
• Outside of the Shipping Box / Envelop (Any Dent)
• Inside of the Shipping Box / Envelop

We will review all the information right away once we receive the email.

No International Shipping

We might offer products and items that the customer's looking for outside the US, however, we don't offer international shipping.
